Vedic Meditation is made for you. After just four sessions, anyone can become an expert meditator.

Feeling anxious, stressed, exhausted or just want want a break from the relentless challenges of pandemic life? This restorative practice helps relax your mind and body, release stress and recharge your being.

OK, let’s take it slow. Start with Step 1 (It’s FREE).

 

Step 1: Attend a Free Intro Talk

In this one-hour session, we’ll get into what Vedic meditation is and how it works, plus how it’s different from other methods including apps, guided meditations and mindfulness.

You’ll be able to ask questions. Attending an intro talk is required before learning to meditate. Bonus: There will be snacks.

Step 2: Take the Course

Like what you heard in the intro talk? Sign up for the course! Instruction takes place during four consecutive days. Here’s what to expect:

Day 1: Get your mantra. Try it out. (60 minutes)

Day 2: Fine tune your technique + tips  (60-90 minutes)

Day 3: This is your mind on meditation. Learn about stress release and more (60-90 minutes)

Day 4: How to sustain your practice and keep the flow going in and out of meditation (60-90 minutes)

Cost

All are welcome. I offer a sliding scale so that anyone who wants to learn can take this course. In exchange for your time, energy and financial contribution, I will provide four days of instruction as well as a lifetime of follow-up support for your practice.

  • 20 hours of volunteer service (Please present letter from qualified 501(c) organization

  • Discounted Rate: $450 (full-time students, seniors)

  • Standard Rate: $800

  • Pay-it-Forward Rate: $1,000 (supports scholarships for others)

Discounts are offered for family members who would like to learn together. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Payment plans as well as scholarships are available.

Taking the course gives you a lifetime of follow-up support from me. You can reach out any time and also drop in and re-take the course whenever it’s offered.

Online Group Meditation

I also co-host weekly Zoom group meditations with my friend and colleague Trudi Roth, Sundays at 4 p.m. PT. These meetings are a great way to re-invigorate your practice and get that second meditation of the day in. Meditating with others often leads to a deeper and more profound experience of meditation. Plus, it’s fun. All are welcome!
